Tape stage Quality ControlAt each stage of the manufacturing process, the organisation has implemented quality control procedures. The tape's Denier, Width, Tenacity, and Elongation are all checked by the quality supervisor during the manufacturing process.
Fabric Stage Quality ControlAt fabric stage there is constant for the weaving to observe for any defective of puncture weaving, mesh size, width.
Post Weaving Quality ControlThe strength of the fabric is checked with a Tensile-testing machine after weaving, and the weight of the fabric is evaluated with an electronic weighing scale. The weight and length of the cut component are checked in the finishing stage. After that, the printing quality is checked. The sack is tested for final length and weight, as well as weight and strength, once it has been stitched.
