They usually consist of several layers such as 2 layers, 3 layers or 4 layers of heavy-duty kraft extensible paper & plastic film which gives this type of bag high moisture protection, elasticity and tear resistance. It is a perfect choice for products requiring packaging with high demands for safety and durability.

Multi-wall Valve Bag

Multi-wall Valve Bag

  • A popular industrial packaging form for a range of dry flowable materials is the multi-wall Valve bag. Valve bags are filled with material using an automated high speed horizontal filling spout on equipment.
  • While filling, the package would shape itself into a rectangle. A valve bag makes palletizing neat and orderly and is incredibly effective at filling. Transportation is safer when pallets are stacked steadily.
  • Valve bags are frequently used for food-grade powder, chemical powder, fertilizer, medicine, or powdered minerals, where it need cleanliness and preventing contaminants from entering packaging during filling.

U-Panel Bag

Open mouth bag with pasted/glued bottom

  • Open mouth sacks are used for the manual and automated filling of powder, granular and loose fill products. These bags are easy to fill the products.
  • Open mouth sacks are available with a glued bottom, and for superior strength, reinforcements can be added.
  • Are available with tailor made composition as per customer specifications, from 1 to 5 layers of papers or plastic including laminates, also special material in contact with product can be added such us aluminum foil, specialized antistatic/barrier films etc.
  • Bag closing can be achieved by many various methods dependent on bag material, which include heat sealing, sewing (with or without tape) or even folded and glued with pre-glued bag tops.

Q-Bags/ Baffle Bag

Open mouth bag with pinch bottom

  • For medium and large contents, the pinch bottom bag is the best option. It can be made with or without a gusset. As the bag is filled, a stable bottom forms, enabling a visually appealing product display at the point of sale.
  • There are numerous barrier materials available to best preserve contents. The bag can be delivered with a step finish, hot melt for a pinch top closure that is heat sealed after filling, or as a flat top that the customer must sew.
