FIBC / Jumbo Bag
FIBC / Jumbo Bag
Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs) also known as Bulk Bags, Jumbo Bags or Super Sack are industrial containers made of woven, flexible fabrics designed for storing and transporting dry, flow able products such as sand, fertilizer, grains and seeds, chemical powder, minerals and granules of plastic. This Bags range from 500 to 2000 KGS load carrying capacities offering various customize dimension and construction based on customers demand/needs.
Strong, product protective, cost-effective and environmentally-friendly FIBCs reduce labour and handling agility, optimize space for warehousing/transport, may be reusable and are recyclable. Their primary advantage is that they can be custom-designed to handle a tremendous variety of products and applications for essentially unlimited possibilities.
We offer FIBCs with below features and combination based on end use and requirements.
Types of FIBC bags we’re offering
Circular Bag
- Circular loops FIBCs made from tubular fabric are known as strong and high stable FIBCs constructed with minimum seams, allowing for stitching only to top and bottom of the bag which makes these bags more spacious, increases their load capability, and at the same time, allows you to stack them on top of the other, saving valuable storage space.
- These bags are also convenient for loading works. Although the structure is tubular, when filled, the circular bag is still similar to a square container, and retains the shape to the smallest structural type when filling.
- This bags are primarily used in the packaging of solid dry bulk products.
- Minerals/Mining
- Agriculture
- Chemical Industry
- Sugar Industry
- Cement Industry
- Food Industry
- Salt Industry
- Granules
U-Panel Bag
- U-panel bags are an industry standard and the most popular type of construction offering high safe working loads (SWLs) and solid durability.
- This is often one of the foremost convenient products to load and discharge and is employed in numerous industries like cement, food, chemical, compound and minerals.
- U-Panel bag is constructed with three body panels – one that runs the full length of the bag forming the bottom and two sides and two additional pieces of fabric sewn into the larger piece that form the other two sides.
- Weight is evenly disturbed along the curved length providing increase in the strength of the Bag.
Q-Bags/ Baffle Bag
- 4-loops form-stable FIBCs of rectangular/square shape. This FIBC's is meant to optimize store space of the customer up to 30 %.
- In comparison with a usual FIBC this packaging type is more stable even in cases the loaded FIBC is of near-critical high dimensions.
- Q-bags filled with bulk product can be simply stored in 2 stable rows due to special construction of strengthening ribs.
- The container is loaded uniformly and as a result the product is evenly distributed inside the Q-bag without any height irregularities.
4-Panel Bag
- The standard Bag is the 4-Panel bag, or the corner loops bag.
- 4-Panel Bags have seams along four separate pieces of fabric that are sewn together to construct the body of the bag.
- 4-Panel bags tend to hold their shape better than other types of bags and are better suited for stacking.
- To response logistic needs we produce FIBCs of demanded geometric dimensions.
- 4-Panel Bags can be completed with polyethylene liners. Most probable in cases when the loading product is of fine powder form or require utmost care from moisture.
Single And Double Loop Bag
- Optimal efficiency, cost- effective, easy-to-handle container for agriculture, fertilizers, seeds and other applications.
- Ease of handling, self-supporting single or double point of lift.
- Design can be standardized enabling higher levels of automation and efficiency to be achieved during manufacturing.
- One and two loop FIBC's big bags are less complicated and more economical in comparison with the four loop FIBC's. They are produced from tubular body fabrics to obtain a higher breaking strength within the fabric.
- The top lifting points are wrapped with sleeves, manufactured in different colours for ease of product identification.
- The most commonly used design is normally uncoated with an open top and a PE liner inserted.
Ventilated Bag
- We offer Bags made from ventilated fabrics for packaging of potatoes, onions, fruits and other organic goods which are prone to damage if there is no proper ventilation.
- This fabric has stripes with holes which allow the air to circulate in the bag which is necessary to keep the potatoes, nuts, onions and wood dry.
- These Ventilated Bags are an effective yet economic Bags for packaging solution to protect sensitive materials during storage and transport.
Conductive Bag
- Some bulk materials can create static electricity during filling and discharging which may cause an electrostatic discharge in the bag or on the surface.
- During the stage of filling and emptying operations, it must be ensured that the ground or earth bonding points are connected to a system ground or earth.
- If there are flammable dust or gas in the atmosphere during the filling and discharging process, it may cause a serious fire or an explosion. To prevent such a danger, Conductive Bags are the ideal packaging.
Tunnel Loop Bag
- This Bags are constructed with parallel Fabric Loops.
- Two Strong Tunnels are provided with regular standard FIBC Bag.
- The advantage of this bag is that it can be easily handled by one person with the help of forklift reducing amount of manpower and time needed to fill/handle the bag; resulting into cost saving.
- This type of bags are widely popular in construction, sand, aggregates and gravel Industry.
UN Bag
- UN-approved FIBCs are designed to transport hazardous materials. These bulk bags have been tested and certified as being appropriate for carrying dry, flowing materials. These bags will feature the UN logo along with a code that provides more specific information about what the contents of the bulk bag will be Rated bags, carrying hazardous products can be classified as group 2 (Y) or group 3 (Z) that refers to the hazard level of goods they carry. Identifying the packaging group symbolizes the hazard level of product that is, or will be carried within the unit in question.
- UN Rated bags are subjected to higher criteria of testing characteristics. These criteria include a series of six different performance tests, only when these test stages have been completed, then only an appropriate UN certificate can be issued. The most critical test within this group is that of the one that defines whether the Rated bag belongs to packaging group 2 (Y) or group 3 (Z). This test is known as the drop test. This test involves filling the Rated bag in question to the Safety Working Load (SWL) as designated on the Safety Label of the bag, then dropping the bag from a height of between 80-120cms onto a smooth surface.
- UN Rated bags have a unique coding system; the system explains the characteristics of that particular Rated bag.
